Your health in spring

Try to stay healthy over the spring months with the following tips:

  • Rely on green plants! The green colour of spring replaces the wintery grey in grey and gives you a positive outlook. So get seedlings and plants from the gardener, green your home and enjoy the happiness of growth.Spring in Ingolstadt

  • Tank up on fresh air! Fresh air is wonderful on spring days. So what's wrong with exercise outside in nature? Three times a week, 30 minutes of jogging or walking are ideal. What's stopping you?

  • Take your vitamins! After the winter months the body often lacks vital substances, especially vitamins B, C and E. Your diet should now include plenty of salads, carrots, broccoli, spinach, radishes, peppers, avocados and mangoes.

  • Take precautions! Spring is a time of new beginnings, also in health care. That's why a check of your health is now recommended, including an examination of the intestines and measurement of blood pressure and blood sugar (including a stress test).

  • Cast off the old burdens! During the winter months a lot of rubbish has accumulated, both in your body and in your home. You detoxify your body with light vegetables, fruit and abstaining from food in the evening, and you clean out your apartment by throwing it away generously and giving it away as a present.
